You must be currently diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Dementia, or Parkinson's in order to qualify for the Cross DNA Study. The first 400 patients accepted into the study will receive treatment for free. If you do not have a current diagnosis by your first appointment then you will be expected to pay for your doctor visit.
